FleetVision Digital Limited ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our fleet platform. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Enquiry details you submit (name, company, work email, phone, fleet size, sector and message), and limited technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry and provide quotations (legitimate interests and steps prior to a contract), to operate and secure our services, and to meet legal obligations.

Platform data

Our display panels record device health, connectivity, vehicle location and proof-of-play. The panels contain no cameras and do not capture images of members of the public.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact unless a contract begins. Operational platform data is retained for 13 months unless a longer period is agreed contractually.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact hello@fleetvisiondigital.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
