Facilities & multi-division services
Cross-sell divisions on one fleet: cleaning, security, grounds and maintenance rotate by day-part and postcode.
FleetVision fits slim, road-rated 4G-connected display panels into the upper body panel of your commercial vans, and gives your team one cloud platform to change what the whole fleet says — by depot, route or time of day.

How it works
FleetVision turns unused van side panels into a controllable, measurable digital channel — without changing how your drivers work.
A slim panel is recessed into the upper van side body panel by our installers, using non-structural mounting and existing loom routes. Typical downtime is half a day per vehicle.
Each panel carries a managed 4G SIM with a hardware watchdog. Vehicles come online automatically and report health, signal and location on first ignition.
Schedule campaigns by vehicle, depot, region, day-part or geofence from the FleetVision cloud CMS. Changes reach the fleet in seconds, with approvals and version history.
Impression modelling combines dwell time, route density and play logs, then joins to your own enquiry and application data for a per-vehicle view of return.
Sector solutions
Content rules are set per division, per depot and per route so a single fleet can serve very different objectives at the same time.
Cross-sell divisions on one fleet: cleaning, security, grounds and maintenance rotate by day-part and postcode.
Recruitment messaging around sites and depots, plus site safety notices when vehicles enter a geofence.
Carer recruitment in the exact districts you serve, with tone-controlled, approval-gated content.
Store openings, seasonal offers and click-and-collect prompts shown while vans work their normal routes.
Public information, collection changes and behaviour campaigns delivered street by street.
Driver recruitment at scale, with the same panel carrying safety wording on urban routes.
Product

Pilot programme
FleetVision is currently in a pre-commercial pilot phase. We are developing and testing the platform with a UK multi-division service fleet operator; findings below describe the pilot design, not verified performance claims.
Panel integration on a small vehicle group, monitoring mounting, sealing, vibration and cleaning cycles across live duty.
Testing 4G resilience, offline caching, scheduling accuracy and approval workflow across multiple divisions.
Building the impression model and joining play logs to the operator's own enquiry and application records.
Pilot partner details are confidential at this stage. No performance, audience or revenue figures shown on this site should be treated as measured results; illustrative figures are clearly labelled as modelled assumptions.

Depot line-up
Five divisions, one fleet — the pilot vehicle group.

Air conditioning division

Electrical division
Panel zone sits above the division stripe.

Communications division
Consistent fitment area across body types.

Service & Maintenance division
Yellow division colourway with fleet safety markings.

Mechanical division
Recruitment and service campaigns by route.
Images show existing vinyl liveries on the operator's vehicles and are shown with permission. They are not a claim of installed digital panels on those vehicles.
Use cases
Run driver, engineer and carer vacancies in the postcodes your vans already cover, with a short apply URL per division.
Push a seasonal service offer to a single depot for two weeks, then switch it back without touching a vehicle.
Show school-zone or site-safety wording automatically inside a geofence, then revert on exit.
Display cyclist awareness and frequent-stop wording on dense urban routes.
One fleet promotes several service lines by time of day, so each division gets measurable share of screen.
Where policy allows, offer approved partner or community content and offset the cost of the fleet estate.

Compliance & safety
FleetVision is engineered around UK regulatory expectations for vehicle-mounted displays. We do not hold, and do not claim, approval, certification or endorsement from any regulator, authority or standards body.
Panels are designed to mount without altering load-bearing structure, and installations are documented per vehicle for your own records.
Content policy defaults to static frames with controlled dwell times — no video, flashing or rapid transitions while the vehicle is in motion.
Ambient sensing dims output at night and in low light, with configurable maximum luminance per fleet policy.
Approval workflow, audit logging and a prohibited-content policy covering anything resembling traffic signage or emergency services.
The panel does not capture images of the public. Operational data is processed under UK GDPR with documented retention periods.
Operators remain responsible for local advertising consents, insurance notification and construction-and-use obligations. We support your submissions; we do not certify them.
FAQ
About
We are a UK fleet technology company building connected display hardware and cloud software for commercial vehicle operators.
FleetVision was founded on a simple observation: UK service fleets drive millions of miles a year through the exact neighbourhoods where they recruit and sell, yet the side of the van has stayed frozen since the day it was wrapped. We build the slim, road-rated panel that unlocks it, and the cloud platform that lets a fleet team change what every vehicle says in seconds.
Our team blends vehicle engineering, connected hardware and enterprise software delivery. We are deliberately pilot-first: hardware durability, connectivity resilience and content governance are proven on real duty cycles with a live UK operator before we scale commercially.
